1. Hot Sauce Products

Unopened Items: We accept refunds for hot sauce products within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened Items: If you have opened the hot sauce and find that there is something wrong with the product, please reach out to us directly. We will address each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
2. Clothing Products
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for clothing products as they are custom-made for each customer. Please ensure that you review the sizing chart and product specifications carefully before placing your order.
